Full course description
This workshop is designed to get teachers and students “hands-on” with their learning. Based upon ideas from the Maker Movement, participants will explore a variety of activities that provide creative ways to encourage students to design, experiment, build and invent as they deeply engage in science, engineering, and tinkering. We’ll explore “low-tech” activities that encourage cooperation and problem-solving, as well as investigating some “high-tech” challenges which will get us using the latest tools for coding and creating.
