Through this course, participants will use the training course that is available through Google to prepare themselves for the Level 2 Certification exam and reflect on what they are learning. Google’s education training center states:  “The Level 2 status indicates that an educator is able to successfully integrate a wider range of Google for Education tools and other technologies in order to transform their teaching practice.” More information about the Google Certification can be found online.

Massive Open Online Course (MOOC)
These courses are open entry/exit with no enrollment cap. All coursework and assignments can be completed at the participants own pace. There is very limited instructor interaction. This course section will be open until July 31, 2020. All coursework in this MOOC must be completed by August 31, 2020.

Due to the large number of participants in these courses grading is done on a monthly rotation, usually on the first Monday of each month. It can take an additional week to process the grade through SUU or USBE. Please understand these expectations before registering for this course.

Final Assessment:
Participants will be required to take the final Google Level 2 Certification test on their own. For the final assessment they will attach a screenshot of their completion certificate as proof that they passed. Participants will be required to pass the test in order to get credit for the course.
